Behavior Technician

As a Behavior Technician, you will be supporting our program Participants by engaging them active with our pre-planned community partnered outings, activities and partnerships daily.
Our program hours are: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
Responsibilities:
With low Participant to staff ratio's, we are active in the community, assist with increasing independence, skill development, safety, and communication.
We follow our Participants protocols as outlined in the individual’s personalized treatment plan.
We summarize the Participants goals by creating and submitting a daily note.
We focus on positive support strategies and provide on-going training for our teams.
We work well within a highly collaborative team and facilitate effective communication, adaptability, and creativity.
Requirements:
18 years or
High school diploma/GED.
Ability to pass DHS background check and fingerprints required.
Reliable, clean transportation and current divers license/auto insurance are required.
Ability to drive program Participants to their daily community outings.
Helpful but not required
Experience with individuals with diverse needs, is highly preferred but not required.
CPR/first aid AED certification.
You will be required to maintain the training and competency commensurate with the position and the people you work with as defined by Ultimate Sustainability LLC. Training will be provided by US and per DHS rules and regulations once on-boarded.
